Default Policy Notes
Return Process: Returns require a Return Authority Reference Number. Customers can drop items off in person at the warehouse (Colchester) or use a courier with a provided label.
Refund Exclusions: A full refund excludes the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs incurred by the customer (e.g., for 'change of mind' returns). There is no restocking fee.
Clearance Policy Notes
Strict Return Criteria: Clearance items are only accepted for return if they arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item. All other reasons (change of mind, size/fit issues) are not eligible for return under this policy.
Refund and Shipping: If the item is eligible (damaged or wrong item), you will receive a Full Refund to the original payment method, and the company will cover the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Process: To exchange an item, the original item must be returned at the customer's cost to our warehouse.
Inspection & Credit: Once received, the item will be inspected within 3-5 business days. Upon acceptance, we will issue a store credit offer.
New Order: The customer must use the issued store credit to place a new order on the website for the desired exchange item.
