We offer shipping using Royal Mail Small Parcel service where possible as this is the most cost effective option for our customers. The costs are calcualted in the product page, cart and checkout, and are based on the shipment weight and volume. To qualify for Royal Mail the parcel must meet these requirements:

Not exceeding Length 45cm, Width 35cm, Depth 16cm. Weight limit: 2kg

For larger parcels we offer Royal Mail Medium Parcel:

Not exceeding Length 61cm, Width 46cm, Depth 46cm. Weight limit: 20kg 

For parcels over 20kg we ship your order based on your location, and the courier availability. We may use DPD, Evri, Parcel Force or DHL as per your service requirements

small parcel (Royal Mail) : £2.60

medium parcel(Royal Mail): £5.50

large box or multi box shipment(DPD/Evri or other courier): £15

The time from order placement and delivery to your doorstep is a combination of the handling time and transit time. Handling time is the time it takes our warehouse staff to pick, pack and label your order. Transit time is the time it take the delivery partner to deliver your order. It includes picking up the order from us, taking it to one or more of their sorting centers, and finally getting it to your doorstep.

Handling time is up to 3 days

Transit time is up to 5 days.

So taking both of the above into account you can expect your order within 4 to 8 days.
